“My baby is having a hard time sleeping. What are some ways to calm them down?”
You should always practice the ABC’s of safe sleep. Alone, on their back, in a crib. In addition to the ABC’s, you can try rocking baby, swaddling, or using a pacifier. If you’re going to swaddle, make sure it’s done correctly so the sheet doesn’t get loose where it can suffocate your infant.

“I am having trouble with toilet training my 2-year-old. Do you have any tips on how to teach them?”
The toilet is a new thing for them, so this shouldn’t be rushed and forced. Make sure to be consistent and patient with your methods. Some tips that can be used to help make toilet training more enjoyable for your child is to use a potty chair, model the behavior, or use a sticker chart.

“Do you have tips on how to wean my toddler from the bottle?”
Check with your pediatrician first to see if your child is developing where they are supposed to be. Once you get the okay from them to introduce new foods, try introducing the sippy cup on top of the bottle, utilizing the bottle less and less for meals. There will be some retaliation and tantrums, but positive praise can help alleviate some of the behaviors you may be experiencing. Once they find a food they like, reward them with that food for using the sippy cup instead of the bottle.
