Prevent Elder Abuse
in Hawai‘i

To help identify and prevent elder abuse in Hawai‘i, Child & Family Service in partnership with the Honolulu Subarea Health Planning Council (HONSAC) and the Elder Abuse Justice Unit of the Honolulu Prosecuting Attorney will launch two locally-produced public education announcements on television and radio to highlight the most common types of reported cases in the state, those involving neglect and financial abuse.
