Provides assistance to immigrants, refugees, human trafficking victims and survivors, ex-offenders and poverty level income individuals. Focused counseling, education classes, advocacy, and skills building, the goal of these services is to promote economic self-sufficiency and reduce barriers to social adjustment by improving the ability to access appropriate services, resources and benefits.
Immigrants, COFA migrants, refugees, human trafficking victims and survivors, ex-offenders and individuals whose household income is below 200% of the Federal Poverty Rate for Hawaii.
