The Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) is a Statewide program funded by the State of Hawaii Department of Human Services (DHS). It provides consultative services to DHS regarding the assessment of medical, mental health, and psychosocial needs of children and families. The team provides recommendations relating to interventions, planning and services for families and children. MDT members consist of licensed professionals: Clinical Psychologists, Clinical Social Workers, Advanced Practice Registered Nurses, and Pediatricians.
