Working in human services and nonprofit or government agencies is a great way to serve our communities and it can be very rewarding. But it can also be challenging and stressful. Recognizing the human impact of providing community services is the first step in providing and encouraging self-care among your staff.
Using trauma- informed care and building on the extensive experience of Child & Family Service, the Institute for Training and Evaluation (ITE) has developed training that focuses on how to take care of your staff.

Sessions can range from a 3-hour overview to a full day of in-depth training. The ITE team is available for consultation to help evaluate what training program is best for your organization.
