Ewa Beach, HI 96706

Hale O Ulu (House of Growth) is back open in a new way to meet the current needs of the community. Hale O Ulu, located on CFS’ Ewa Beach campus, is now offering tutoring and help to students struggling with virtual classes. Its small, intimate setting allows for one-on-one and small group assistance from a certified teacher who can also help parents coordinate the student’s work with their school.

Hale O Ulu opened its doors in mid-March and is welcoming students now! The classrooms are structured to meet CDC, State and County guidelines. Currently, the program has the capacity to enroll 12 students; 10 of these spots are offered at no cost to eligible families and two are on a paid basis at $30 per session. There are two sessions a day:

  • 8:00 am – 11:00 am
  • 11:30 am – 2:30 pm

If you are interested in learning more about this program, contact 808.543.8443.

Hale O Ulu is always looking for volunteers who understand certain subjects on a deeper level to provide extra help. If you are interested in making a monetary donation to help students succeed visit:. www.childandfamilyservice.org/familygivinghub/tutoring/
