    Head Start provides educational programs designed to meet each child’s individual needs. All children in Head Start benefit from a comprehensive health program, promoting preventive health care and assistance in establishing a medical home.

    The Parent Line Program is a free statewide confidential telephone line which offers support and information to parents and other caregivers.

  • WorkLife Hawaii (Employee Assistance Program)
    Provides confidential, short-term counseling to employees of contracted companies and their families to assist them in overcoming problems, which adversely affect their work performance.
