Early Childhood and Children's Services:
Our Adoption Program assists Hawai'i's families in adopting children from China and the Philippines. Our goal is to educate and support our adoptive families in their journey toward adoption. We also strive to support them with resources and education after the adoption is finalized.

Head Start provides educational programs designed to meet each child’s individual needs. All children in Head Start benefit from a comprehensive health program, promoting preventive health care and assistance in establishing a medical home.

The Enhanced Healthy Start program provides home visiting services to families who are currently in Child Welfare Services.

Post Permanency Services is a completely free and voluntary program designed to preserve the placement of adoptive children and children who are in long-term, permanent placement with a new family.

Independent Living Services is a program which provides individual and group counseling for youth ages 12-21 who are living in out-of-home care.

Adult and Family Services:
Provides confidential, short-term counseling to employees of contracted companies and their families to assist them in overcoming problems, which adversely affect their work performance.

- The right to a humane service environment
- The right to services free from unlawful discrimination
- The right to be involved in your own service planning
- The right to confidentiality except when otherwise mandated by law
- The right to services which are least restrictive and most convenient
- The right to file a complaint if these rights are infringed
