Emergency Mental Health ServicesService Description:Emergency Mental Health Services provides support, consultation and referrals to all youth whose immediate health and safety may be in jeopardy due to a mental health issue. Services include Crisis Mobile Outreach and Crisis Stabilization services. All services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Crisis Mobile Outreach services are available to conduct a face to face assessment of the crisis situation and arrange appropriate course of action. Crisis Stabilization services provide a safe, short term place for youth to stay during a period of acute stress. All Crisis Mobile Outreach is initiated through a call to the statewide ACCESS Line at 1-800-753-6879. Eligibility: All youth experiencing a crisis are eligible for services. Fees: There are no fees for this service. Funders: This service is funded by the Hawaii State Department of Health.
